As a Supply & Logistics Manager (m/f/d) in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you are responsible for ensuring material availability for complex aviation retrofit projects and making sure that kits, subassemblies, and rework orders are seamlessly coordinated. In this role, you combine supply chain management, production logistics, procurement, and production control with a clear focus on on-time delivery and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

• You coordinate material availability with relevant stakeholders from Procurement, Supply Management, and the supplier network, driving open issues to resolution in a structured manner.
• You provide operational input for retrofit and kit processes to the Kit Factory and support the planning of production and work orders.
• Based on data analysis and planning requirements, you determine material demand while considering inventory targets, production volumes, and logistical feasibility.
• You monitor and track ongoing retrofit activities to ensure that schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements are consistently met.
• You manage downstream activities by processing customer orders and maintaining close alignment with Supply Officers and Planning teams.
• Together with the Kit Factory, you coordinate the prioritization of work orders and rework orders to identify and mitigate bottlenecks at an early stage.
• You prepare inputs for pre-planning reviews and support adjustments to inventory strategies whenever required.

Voraussetzungen:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial to several years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management, Supply Planning, Material Planning, Logistics, Procurement, or Production Planning.
• Sound understanding of supply chain management, material availability, production control, and manufacturing logistics.
• Confident handling of customer support, coordination with internal stakeholders, and task prioritization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify interdependencies and prepare structured decision-making recommendations.
• Independent and results-oriented working style with a clear focus on deadlines, quality, and resource planning.
• Resilience and composure in challenging situations, combined with a confident and assertive professional presence.
• Working hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week.
• Language skills: Business fluent German and business fluent English.
• Willingness to travel for approximately 1 to 2 business trips per year within Europe, each lasting 1 to 3 days.
