As Digital Project Coordinator (d/m/w), you will combine digital expertise with project management business partnering in Hamburg. The role focuses on supporting cabin development through data-driven solutions, effective project steering and continuous process improvement.

Your tasks:

• Develop and maintain dashboards, visualisations and performance-monitoring solutions for business and project data.
• Support data migration activities, including the transition of reporting data from QlikSense to Skywise.
• Analyse data, identify trends and translate findings into practical recommendations for business and digital development stakeholders.
• Contribute to the setup, planning, execution and closure of projects, including operational follow-up and performance controlling.
• Coordinate stakeholder management across business departments, digital teams and project participants, ensuring clear communication and aligned requirements.
• Apply project management methods and tools while supporting integrated project planning, prioritisation and requirements management.
• Contribute to risk management, opportunity management, quality management and structured problem-solving within project activities.
• Support the practical use of generative artificial intelligence, prompt development and local AI enablement, including the creation of reusable knowledge and process solutions.

Voraussetzungen:

• Completed technical or comparable degree at least at Bachelor's level, ideally with a focus related to technology, data or project management.
• One year of professional experience in project management and practical knowledge of project steering, planning and performance controlling.
• Several years of experience in data analysis and programming, with knowledge of Java, Python, SQL and HTML; experience with dashboarding and data visualisation is valuable.
• Understanding of data migration, process optimisation, requirements management and the application of digital tools in operational environments.
• Basic knowledge of change management, risk management and quality management, combined with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Strong analytical thinking, confidence with numbers and the ability to convert complex information into clear, actionable conclusions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills, together with a proactive, independent and collaborative working style.
• Good prioritisation skills and a confident, approachable manner when working with different teams and interest groups.
• Negotiation-level English and basic German skills; knowledge of Google Workspace is expected. A project management certification and familiarity with the relevant organisation are advantageous.
• Full-time availability with a working schedule of 35 hours per week.
