As a Buyer (d/f/m) Cabin Floor to Floor, you'll hold an important position in the Cabin Floor to Floor team, with a focus on Airbus Commercial aircraft programs. This full-time role in Finkenwerder provides an attractive career opportunity in which you'll handle procurement activities, steer contract negotiations, and build supplier relationships to improve operations and reduce costs. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with multifunctional teams across the full tendering and contract lifecycle process. With a meticulous and innovative mindset, you will make sure company requirements are fulfilled while enhancing supplier performance.

• Support procurement activities for Airbus Commercial aircraft programs.
• Manage tenders and guide contract negotiations to secure the best purchasing terms.
• Administer contracts through all lifecycle stages, ensuring compliance and performance.
• Manage day-to-day supplier relationships and maximize value while reducing risks.
• Collaborate in multifunctional and multidivisional teams to improve processes.
• Successfully negotiate commercial changes within product portfolios.

Voraussetzungen:

To succeed in this role, you should offer a combination of education, experience, and skills that match the demands of an international procurement position. Knowledge of both the strategic and operational sides of supply chain management will be essential.

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Bring 2–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or contract management.
• Show strong proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, MS Word, SAP, and Google Workspace.
• Be familiar with project management, process management, and risk management methods.
• Be fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in the aerospace sector is an asset but not required.
